We accept returns under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Exceptions: Certain products such as intimate wear, hygiene products, or perishable goods are non-returnable. Please check the product description for any special return instructions.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued for items that are damaged, missing parts, or not returned in original condition.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  1. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at levin@1stshop.sg, and we will guide you through the return process. We will offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

  1. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
